Online Account Access for Plan Participants

Online Account Access: 
Access to your retirement plan account is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our secure, web-based portal at https://www.leadingretirement.com/portal/. View real time contribution and investment activity allowing you to track your investments, investment performance, allocate your contributions and update your personal information. 

First Time Login Instructions: 
  • Step 1: To access your account for the first time, please visit: https://www.leadingretirement.com/portal/ 
  • Step 2: Click “Register to access your account” to start your registration.
  • Step 3: Verify your identity by entering your personal information, then click “Save and Continue”. 
    • Note: the SSN field does not need dashes, but Date of Birth does need slashes (ex. MM/DD/YYYY).
    • Note: the Plan Information fields on bottom can be left blank
  • Step 4: Next, you will be prompted to Two-Step Verification. A one-time code will be sent. Enter this code to proceed.
  • Step 5: Upon successful account identification, you will be prompted on the next screen to set up your new login credentials.
  • Step 6: Account Registration is now complete. You’ll be prompted to return to the Login page to continue your setup.
  • Step 7: Log in with your new login credentials. 
  • Step 8: Set your Security Preferences
    • (a) Set up with personal email address, enter password to save.
    • (b) Establish two-step verification frequency.
