Year End Processing Schedule
Leading Retirement Solutions processes trading related requests daily. However bank closures, office closure, and other holidays can impact trading schedules. Contribution and Distribution processing can also be affected by year end deadlines, requiring additional time for any administrative work to be completed within the plan year.
Year End Office Closures
November 23, 2023: Our offices are closed. Support requests received during this time will be responded to on or before Monday, November 29.
December 25, 2023: Our offices are closed. Support requests received during this time will be responded to on the next full business day.
January 1st, 2024: Our offices are closed. Support requests received during this time will be responded to on the next full business day.
Year End Processing Schedule
December 1st, 2023 | The last day to request a payout for a Required Minimum Distribution (“RMD”) for processing before the end of the year. |
December 4th, 2023 | The last day to submit requests to issue payouts for force outs due to plan termination. |
December 21st, 2023 | The last day to submit requests for distributions, including In Plan Roth Conversions and in service withdrawals for processing before the end of the year. |
December 21st, 2023 | The last day to submit a request for a loan for processing before the end of the year. |
December 22nd, 2023 | The last day to submit correction requests for IRS Form 1099s, stop payments, or reissues. |
December 26th, 2023 | The last day to submit payroll files for processing before the end of the year. |
